Going off on a tangent a bit here from the current topics being done to death ie McCoist, the team performances, Ashley and so on. All very important but, I wish Walter Smith would be more forthcoming with the fans with what he KNOWS is going on in that boardroom. I feel as if he has had an easy time of it with regards anyone really asking what went on, he was chairman after all. This has been swept aside because of the esteem he is held in (and rightly so) just think he has some answers.

When Walter Smith signed a contract to become a Non (?) Executive Director, I would imagine there was a silence clause in it that meant he would be sued if he spoke up and affected the companys stock value.

Scarecrow666 I'd like to hear that from Walter if indeed true but to my memory he has said very little. If he has left the club he loves over witnessing any wrongdoing, then surely the stock exchange should be notified.Something just doesn't ring true, but as they say it will come oot in the washin.

Gkk i think walter smith knows how immoral it is but its legal immoral yes illagal no

@3 we know Walter Smith was installed as chairman to appease us the fans,to make us believe one of our own had some real power. We accepted he had nothing to offer as chairman.I know we've been over this but surely he can tell us if he has seen the title deeds at least.Nothing immoral in that.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gkk that was the reason watlter smith walked he had no say on anything if he made sudgestions it was put to a vote he was always overpowered by charlieboy and his asset stripping friends plus of course the easdales

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that WS was told what was coming while he was still manager by SDM, he said at the time that he warned McCoist too, but the real turning point for me was when John Greig walked away from Rangers. When real Rangers men like JG walk you know that the whole thing is rotten, likewise when an overpaid imposter (McCoist) stays you get the same feeling. McCoist stated recently that he is not bomb proof, well his future looks a whole lot rosier than Rangers, the club he purports to love. If by some miracle Rangers survive McCoists reign and get back to being a club worth supporting, hopefully some real Rangers men will return to guide the club forward with dignity and morals.

Smokey bear if the current feckers running our club sold up lots of supporters would be back we will maybe strugle to get tickets but that's my stance the winkers running the show just now are hoping new supporters arive but i can't see it cause most people know these asset strippers don't have the clubs interest at heart they are here for the money only

funny how Gasparotto is called up for the senior Canada squad yet he is only good here for going out on loan ???

Also i think McCullough should be dropped and his contract not renewed at the end of the season, same goes for Mohsni, Black, Simonsen and Smith.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Really black? Our best and most consistent player for the past 3 years? Stevie Smith is a fine back up left back ?

Agree0 Disagree0

1) if you had to cut the wage bill who would you choose ?
We have plenty cover in young players instead of the above list of overpaid, under achieving, has beens, In some cases its not the players fault for being played out of position but the fact remains we have a lot of deadwood in our ranks, including the 3 amigos we call coaches

Agree0 Disagree0

N2 wee bill your on the money re youngsters maybe if we had better managment team our youngsters would be regular starters by now

With regards to McCoist masquerading as a manager at our great club I think the majority of fans are of the opinion his time is up, sayin that I think it is time the collection of ex-team mates and former rangers players started speaking candidly about the situation. I personally do not think he can be shamed into leaving, but some home truths from these "rangers men" may just convince him how far out his depth he really is, thoughts lads?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Spot on, I'd bring in van bronkhorst Nyman& deboer

Agree0 Disagree0

Absolutely although Gordon Dalziel I'm told stated he didn''t think McCoist was the man to take Rangers forward on radio last night when only a week before he'd said he wasn't going to judge him till the end of the season.

Well done anyway.

Great article on McCoist yesterday too by Michael Stewart. Spelt out a few home truths.

@2
To be honest I thought Michael Stewart was too lenient on Ally and could really have slaughtered him. Spot on about team not getting coached at all. Rangers just look like a collection of players who just turn up an hour before each game play then go home

Agree0 Disagree0

As much as we are all in agreement on how s*** super is he will say michael stewart has a chip on his shoulder cause he never made it good at ibrox himself

If McCoist won't do the right thing and leave, then he at least must find the baws to tell Mculloch he is finished. I will always be thankful for him staying with us through admin and the rest, however, he was cruelly exposed against hibs and I feel he has escaped critisicism on most fronts. He looked as if he needed a stretcher at full time on monday, sorry big man but time to call it day.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Gkk, McCulloch has been finished for at least 2 years now, whenever we came/come up against any team with pace he was exposed as as slow as a week in jail, I honestly believe he has a clause in his contract that states he plays when he is fit and available, why else would our managerial genius shoe-horn him into the team!!! oh wait a minute ! Ally and a sensible unselfish decision? naaaaaahhhhh I must be on the same stuff as Colin Macdonald!

Agree0 Disagree0

I think mcculloch would tell super that was a bit rich coming from super mcculloch would say snap so are you lol
