Scott Wright has been heavily linked with Preston North end, fee around 500k. Apart from that its quite quiet, interest in Kamara from France and Italy but that's been the case for a while.

I mentioned recently, all the Footy Managers on here have unrealistic expectations and values on moving unwanted players on. It has always been difficult. Historically, we used to pay fringe players too much and then we couldn't get rid of them - Derek McInnes being an example. Aberdeen offered £5k a week and he wouldn't go because he was on more here, a fringe player who we signed from Morton. We are a lot more professional with our wage structure now but moving players who do not feature regularly is a thankless task and rarely profitable.

Don't think he was comparing them at all, just the fact that they are on good wages so getting them to move on is not as easy as some seem to think. Would you move jobs for much less money.

Lundstram ain’t going for 5m with 1 year left on his deal we’d be lucky to get 1. Laudrup you can’t make assumptions about who Beale wants in his squad when nobody has a clue other than him and his staff. Could easily see all of them leave if an offer came in barring Yilmaz.

Unless someone offers silly money, Hagi is staying MB is well aware of what a fully fit Hagi is capable of.
A good pre season and we will no doubt get the best out of him again, he wants play for us, and is very settled at rangers, the only club he has ever spoke of moving away from rangers to is Galatasaray - later in his career, say 28-29 onwards, purely because it is where he first experienced the start of his football journey when his father was worshipped by there fans for obvious reasons.

Laudrup Tillman is and was better than Hagi so we should all be upset that the better of the 2 has left. I didn’t see anything in Hagi since he’s came back the past 6 months to show that he’s the answer to our problems. Be happily proved wrong but I don’t see it.

Azul plenty players in our team have missed open goals, that's the way it goes simetimes, matondo is a RW usually, will take time for him to settle on the left if that's where beale feels he is better suited, he has good potential ideally he rediscovers the same form that saw him sold by man city to schalke for 9m at 17/ 18 yrs old.

Plenty vids on YT if you would like to see i for your own eyes, both very talented players, but miles apart regards skill and technique level at the same age.

Agree with athole, laudrup valuations miles off. 5m for for lundstram and colak for a start is just ridiculous. Lundstram has said year left, colak has never went for a fee that high in his life he's not going to start now. Also Tom Lawrence, pushing 30 and missed a year of football not going for 4m either.

I would want to see us sell Lundsram if he doesn't sign a new contract but we won't be getting £5m for him; we would probably do well to get £2m but his wages could be used for a younger similar player such as Tom Davies.
I just don't see us getting anything close to £1.5m for Wright, indeed I think we will be lucky if we can get £500k and I reckon that we would let McLaughlin leave for free if he can find another club that will take on his wage costs.
I would only be selling Davies if he wants back to England for family reasons, I would like to think that we would get £4m / £5m for Kamara and Colak but not so sure that we will get more than £3m and I would prefer us to keep Lawrence unless he is part of a swap deal for a better player.

We hunt cheap deals but expect clubs to pay big money for players we don't want? Parallel universe some people dwell in . I think Kamara and Colak could fetch a decent fee, maybe £3m each if very lucky but there would need to be a hit taken for Davies and Matondo on what they cost. Clubs at the same game as we are so it's tough . We had 6 keepers with the B team so there must be someone to be 3rd choice if McLaughlin is released or paid off or loaned .

Azul, Matondo missed an open goal as did morelos on a few occasions actually but look how that turned out. Any player can miss an open goal for a multitude of reasons, Peter Van Vossen highly rated Dutch international cf missed one as did Harold Bratbakk as has Neymar, Messi, Benzema and Mbappe have all missed sitters, it happens.
