We can all wait till Monday with baited breath! Lol

MMMMMM don't mock, we didn't believe the nonsense last time, but hey ho our directors are so open and honest with us surely they wouldn't be telling us more porkies. one thing i'd like to say on matter is if they bloody are, not 1 of them or their cronies and that goes for certain fans groups members should never ever be allowed near our club ever again and we the fans should do it ourselves with transparency being the norm, for once.

SPIVKING. A clear troll.

13 Jan 2018 15:36:46
SPIVKING I thought I was the only sensible and rational thinking person on here! Refreshing to see I'm not the only one with my eyes wide open. As for Administration I'm not sure our finances that dire just yet however what I do know is that we can't keep getting by on soft loans as that will never have a happy ending!

13 Jan 2018 16:16:52
Rational thinker😂. You've found someone else that thinks like you and as Bearmode91 says he's a troll😂. Everyone on here realises we're not rolling in cash, to say we're skint clearly isn't accurate as we have been employing several new members of staff, and carrying out work at Ibrox and Auchenhowie. We will soon see retail profits increase and we will have a new share issue. Naismith on loan would hardly have broken the bank. Let's ignore those facts for a minute and think rationally, if we fill our squad with lots of unproven youngsters maybe they'll develop and we'll be rich again😂

13 Jan 2018 16:28:55
Bearmode91, so SPIVKING is a troll because he is honest, lives in the real world and tells it how it is? Sorry but we don't all live in a fantasy bubble like you and others on here other on here! Some on here are a bit more realistic👍 Careful folks don't say anything negative or you'll be accussed of being a troll😂😂

13 Jan 2018 16:55:56
No one said "fill our squad with unproven youngsters and maybe they will improve and we'll be rich again" It makes more sense to try and buy players who are at an age where if they play well we can move them on for a profit! With the retail profits increasing ( when exactly will we see the benefits of that? ) and the prospect of a share issue surely it would be wise to use those profits wisely to ensure our financial stability for years to come instead of wasting it on injury prone, out of form old players😂😂😂

13 Jan 2018 17:38:17
Objecting to signing players on the basis that they have no sell on value will leave you with a squad of unproven youngsters whether you like it or not. It would surely make more sense to look at it holistically and sign players who would improve our team regardless of sell on value (e. g. Murphy/ Naismith), while also speculating with young players who we can sell on in time (e. g. Docherty/ Cole) . But since your the rational thinker on here you'd probably know better than all of us.

13 Jan 2018 18:12:00
BigMarv05 no it won't leave you with a squad of unproven youngsters. As I have posted previously you can have experienced players at 27/ 28 years old that you would still be able to move on for a decent transfer fee. You are forming your opinion that Naismith would do a job for us based on his time with us however that was a considerable number of years ago! Naismith is 32 this year, has been injury prone, out of form and struggling to get game time in a poor Norwich team. It makes no sense wasting money whether it breaks the bank or not on what would effectively be a risk for us on whether he could replicate the form he showed with us years and years ago and that is me looking at it holistically😉

13 Jan 2018 19:08:48
If players of 27/ 28 are any good they will cost far more than we can afford so your argument doesn't make sense. Naismith would improve our team at a low cost. If you don't forgive him for the press conference then that's a different story so fair enough.

13 Jan 2018 19:31:34
Are you saying we can't afford to buy 27/ 28 year olds but only golden oldies? You don't half talk nonsense mate your just living in the past with Naismith. Hope he signs for Hearts and you'll see what I'm talking about!

13 Jan 2018 20:31:40
That's almost exactly what I'm saying. Look at Celtic for example since Rodgers came in they've only been able to sign youngsters or "golden oldies" with the exception of Sinclair who's had a relationship with Rodgers since youth level. The days of signing established players and selling on for profit have gone I'm afraid. If you can name me 1 player of that age group who we could realistically afford and then profit from then I take it all back. You might think they're affordable because you can sign them on Fifa or champ manager but it won't happen in the real world sadly.

13 Jan 2018 22:24:24
Billy Kee, Danny Hylton, Mark McNulty e. g could we afford them? Of course that depends on their clubs valuation of their players and what is our valuation of certain players. But that's just a few players who are doing well in the lower leagues of England who if they came to us, replicated their current form, got European experience then maybe a few championship clubs could be realistic suitors?

Why should I name names surely that's our scouting networks role! Of course the more profit we make on players we get financially better off and can afford better players in the future. We need to identify a buisness model and stick to it unfortunately in MY OPINION that doesn't include golden oldies👍P. S. I wouldn't go us in FIFA or Champ manager lol

13 Jan 2018 22:26:04
Also that has been Celtic's strategy for years!
