Aye it is pretty grim viewing.

There's a difference between keeping Stoke from being relegated by battling out for draws against better teams and actually trying to catch Celtic and win trophies.

Hate to say it but the longer this goes on the more I just want somebody like McLeish in. The candidates are pretty honkin let's not beat around the bush.

If a team in the PL was looking out for a new manager, every one of them would take Tony Pulis over Big Eck.

Hate to say it as I like the guy but appointing Alec would not cause Rodgers a moment's worry. Pulis just might.

The only teams in the English premier league that would consider TP are teams down the bottom end of the league. He also gets his teams playing awful style of football.
