even the best managers in the game change either there formation or the way they play in certain games or if things ain't working this is something warbs has going to have to do to get the best out of these players
we are to predictable and other teams no itsactly how to counter it
if warbs can not change for certain games and mix it up this is what will end up in him losing his job.

naw seriously I see where u are coming from and I agree with u to an extent but we can't go around sacking managers when we have no money to pay them off and no one to replace them.
also think that it would be way too soon to do that.

am not saying wee should sack him but if he does not change away from a formation that clearly doesn't suit the players he will sack himself cause teams no the way we play and deal with us got to be a plan b from him.
