So if a team has players mentally weak but don't have the money to replace all of them how does that manager solve that problem? We can't ship out all the usual suspects so where do we go from here.

should have gone all out for the scottish talent that was available last few years, some of them rangers fans themselves, would have made a world of difference imo,

Some players just don't get the mentality of playing for Rangers. It happens at Celtic too, in fact maybe even more so there.
