Okay Celtic fan here with a just suppose question. Okay the we want Ally out crowd get their way and Mr G announces Di Canio would be the new manager, would you as Rangers fans accept him even though he played for us and what do you think he would bring to Ibrox. My opinion even though he played for Celtic I think he would fight tooth and nail for whoever he goes to as he has such a passion, and he would bring the best out of the squad you have, yes we all know he can be a bit of a nutter but that's what make him fun.

No thank you.

Isn't he just a little bit fascist?
i'm surprised he even has a job in football. that aside, no, there would be a very long list of managers I would rather have if we are speaking hypothetically.

I would love to see him as manager, I know he played for Celtic but in todays football that should not stop us, we have signed Mo Johnston, and Kenny Miller who played for Celtic and both did fine jobs for us as players. I agree that Paolo is a bit crazy but that's kind of what I like about him, he would fight for us and he plays good football. That is all hypothetical though, I would rather see Allly stay and get better people around him from both a scouting and coaching point of view. Then see where we go from there.

Get Butcher now, he is the obvious choice. Proven himself to be able to produce the goods under a strict financial basis. He knows what it means to wear the Rangers colours and the fans would welcome him with open arms. (BTW I am not a bear but it seems the obvious choice to me)
Agree2

No2 - He stood up against the facist wing of the Lazio support - you got that one really wrong
Anyway, why should an ambitious, tallented, cosmopolitan guy like Paulo want to come to the fourth tier of Scottish football {Ed001's Note - no he did not! He is a fascist who hero worships Mussolini. There are numerous pictures of him giving them a fascist salute and he admits to being a fascist. How wrong can anyone be with something so well known?}
Agree4

Celtic fan, I would not won't him anywhere near Parkhead ether

But just imagine green & dicanio together, it would be a battle of egos but what a reality show you could make and sell for £ms.

Has any fan groups thought of asking Mr Green when audited accounts will be published? At the moment the club cannot compete, but are plans in place for a re-entry date? As far as I know the latest these can be submitted is December 31st, that then is three full years from date submitted before Europe would become a reality. I think this is very important but have heard nothing from Mr Green in this respect. Why the delay?

How can there be a years audited accounts, when the takeover has not yet been there for a year yet. simple maths. no expert, I would imagine that year one and two could also be submitted at same time. as long as three years are in well before the euro draw in 2015 we are sorted
Agree5

It's not a takeover its a failed CVA, a newco and a start all over again.
There was no relegation.

Why the transfer ban then, none of it adds up, would a new team be banned from buying players?
Agree14
Disagree14
But green has swapped assets, and created new companies, so accounts for RiFC started 18th Dec 2012.
Count from then, and green added 1 year to banishment from europe?

When will cg start spending money on the stadium. 9 mill needed for repairs & probably the single biggest layout we will have ( 10 mill war chest set aside )? Have we applied for planning permission & obviously we have sent out to get tenders for the work, just done a small ext. on my house hard work

Look don't talk about spending our 22mill because everyone will want top dollar ;sorry cg would have thought about that because everything is a positive with mr green no bad news?

@6 and would any other "new" team be subject to a transfer ban and a £160,000 fine, media rights given to another league that didn't want us and numerous sanctions to allow entry to the third division. New or old or is it just when it suits.
Like Mr Green says, Rangers then, Rangers now Rangers forever, get used to that. PB

Number 7 he doesn't need planing permition the place is only getting renovated we re not rebuilding cheers

@6. So who is in this queue? And do they bring thousands upon thousands of supporters and tv revenue to other div 3 teams? Can't recall too many complaints from Spartans etc last summer.
Agree1

Any scottish football fan who says different is stupid, without rangers in the premier, advertisement will continue to go down, the rest of the league can bow to every celtic idea but revenue will continue to go down. celtic fans reading this you know its true you need rangers the glasgow derbies were something I looked forward to seeing, so come on rangers get back up where you belong. all the best up the owls

OP. You wouldn't possibly be seeking ammunition to take back to your forum would you? To stir some unrest in the Rangers ranks. I see this issue discussedat length in the monitor site. Lol.

No. 10 - removing asbestos is very expensive. You have the removal, transportation through the City and disposal to consider. That said as far as I know containment is still a legal option until you can afford it. Just requires regular monitoring to ensure the stuff has not become friable and is exposing the public.

That we are paying Sandazza, faure, Cribari etc etc huge wages but are willing to let the Alexander situation be drawn out through the press sums the current regime. He's a top keeper though, and deserves to play at a higher level. In truth we could win the league with Durrant in goal. oh, and Another win at the weekend doesn't convince me of anything. We continue to play poor football, and limited tactics. How often do three best mates combine to create an ideal management structure. Happy to give Mccoist the lead, but he NEEDS to have a senior coach beside him. Someone who has credentials and ideas. Not someone who he's had loads of great nights out with.

When these players were brought in we had little time to asemble the right type of player, at the right price. hopefully now with a winning team on the park and having more time, we can now bring in the right player at the right price to do a job for us, at the level we find ourselves at, remembering the young boys will soon be a year older and wiser to the needs of being a rangers player, and the league we find ourselves in!

If he writes to Angelika Merkel he could be playing Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga the week after. The man is a genius. But first we shall concentrate on beating the English at Berwick.
