Right boys. I've posted a few intell bad ones. But I do think our big name that's going to come in is Peter Crouch. If he is still available. If not I think ( and you can all slate me if you want ) Alitdoure or possible Nunez. Both guys are wanting to get a fight back why not Gers and in a year or two sell them on for big money.
As I said it's just a thought.

I honestly wouldn't touch crouch at all, he wouldn't get in my sunday league team. he's 35 now and he's passed it.

Sorry lads. Just can't see it being crouch. Does that mean we change our whole style of play and lump the ball up front to crouch? Let's face it, what else would we use him for other than to see his wife at ibrox. I'll take any player who will win is the league but I just can't see crouch bringing anything to our squad.

I'd love to bring big crouch to ibrox I agree there's no sell on there but he's a top class player and would bring a lot to the team don't no about the wages tho could be spent on younger players who can progress under w n w.

Friend in a position to know (no connection with RFC) maintains the Lafferty story may come true if he is injury free after the Euros. Is the training injury a wee protector perhaps?

Personally I wouldn't want him but what u taking about James Stirling he was good for us. His goals to win us the league the season before we went down. Also his games for NI duno who uv been watching like.

I'd love Lafferty back, a player with a love of the club, experience in the league, yeah not world class but at a level in which he could start some games and offer us something different.

The way I remember it and hey I could be wrong, but big Lafferty got the title winning goals 3 seasons in a row. When it came to the nitty gritty he always delivered. Did he no get a hat trick in 10 minutes to destroy Kilmarnock that last season before the fall and ensure 20 000 turned up at Ibrox to see a lap of honour.

well that my opinion of him eezyeez I didn't brate him when he was with us at all and I still don't. I don't want to look back at ex players.

Lafferty against Kilmarnock wrapped the league up in less than 15 mins easy. Been top scorer for NI, if he plays well in euros we will be lucky to get near him but he has just bought a house in scotland with his wife so who knows.

I couldn't agree more I liked lafferty when he was with us but I agree he was young silly and clumsy. If you watch him now you'll see he has merged into a decent player. Scores goals for fun for NI anyway so we'll see what happens.

Don't want crouch, would rather a young hungry, eager to prove himself at a big club striker, lots of talent to be had in English championship and league 1.
