If we sign Arfield what does the future hold for Murphy? Is Arfield a step up? and if we sign him we are making a big saving so we can use the money where we need to strengthen most probally defence! Thoughts bears!

Different players mate arfield plays a lot more centrally probably more windass position than murphy

As far as I am aware Arfield has been used as a CAM recently rather than a LM, getting a tad slow to be a winger in the Prem.

Murphy is a good player but I thought he would be better. Would still sign him though 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

They don’t play the same position mate, although Arfield can play out wide he’s more used to playing central. If we get him (and it’s a huge if) you can expect to see both players week in and week out. From what I’ve heard his agent is using Rangers to push up his wages before he signs for an English Championship team
