Very, very intreresting article by Kris Boyd tonight. Gives insights into what goes on behind the scenes with the squad and Murty.
Claims Murty has no control over his team, is regularly told where to go during training.
Look his article up bears. Believe what you want to believe, but he's clearly communicating with people behind the scenes and what he says completely translates to what we see on the park!

Had a look BearMode, and while it does make a few interesting points, the fact Boyd is obviously pally with Miller means it is always going to come from a slightly biased angle.
I also still don't buy the argument that it is simply a deflection tactic, i forget who the poster on here was but made a really valid point that it has not deflected anything, it has just compounded the sh*t feelings hanging over the club.
If Murty doesn't have the authority around the club it beggars belief that he was even thrown in there as surely that would have been known prior to him being kept on?
And if players really are telling him to eff off during training then we are going to have a hell of a lot of players we need to move on. Whatever they think of Murty on a personal level. if that's how they choose to conduct themselves it is a lack of respect for the club and what it stands for.
