I hope I am wrong but I have no time for Kenny Black, just look at his record when he was Airdrie manager.
I think McCall would be better without him.

what are you talking about? do you know the man personally? I was at Kemnnys first ever game for Rangers, admittedly he was sent off but that was because he loved the club and the team he was in were almost as bad as this one, anyway, what do you mean you have no time for him,? he isn't the manager, he is the managers assistant, who has a great record of working with the manager?, making these sort of silly statements show you up m8

Not all good assistants are good managers, just ask McDowell, Carlos queiros, Rene maulenstein, lennie Lawrence etc. All thought of as good assistants and coaches but all failed miserably as managers

It depends. They're all different, most of the best managers will say they'd have got nowhere without a good assistant.
