As pointed out about great job being done with acedemy with so many called up and also improvements off the park in contrast with 1st team recruitment criticism just wondering if perhaps it should be 2 different jobs. Let Wilson carry on with development as it's working IMO but have someone else for 1st team because that isn't. Unless the strategy is having players to tide us over because the belief in the kids is so strong which would be great though tough in short term.
