Purely my perspective on Ryan Jack. So when I played football I was in tears every time we lost a cup final or league title which wasn't often however it hurt. 6 months ago I was sat in Boston USA in tears after performing particularly badly at a sporting event. 2 weeks ago I was bouncing around in Valencia after performing really well at another sporting event. The period in between I used the original disappointment to fuel my training and desire. My point is very simple, in order to win you sometimes need the hurt from losing to teach you to succeed. I love my players caring so much that they are in tears. I believe Sunday will turn them into winners. Follow follow.
