Ryan Kent has done really well for us this season But with us failing to put in a buy out clause in the loan deal it looks like we will not be able to afford to sign him on a permanent deal.
So Should the club really be bringing in a player on loan that we have no chance of signing on permanent deal.
Or should be looking to get Middleton back in the team and develop him to his full potential and sell further down the line for a large fee.
We will also have Jones and Murphy as backup.

Agree0 Disagree0

Emmmmm even if we don't get kent. candieas jones and murphy are all better than middleton. its him who is back ip and will potentially be loaned out next season.

There never ever ever ever ever was a chance of a buyout clause going in the loan deal. People need to stop getting fixated with option to buy in loan deals otherwise we will not get top talent from big clubs👍.

Would rangers have had the ability to pay a buy out cause of maybe £6,000,000 (six million), or what ever he was valued at.

I really don't think so, that why you have so many loans, and cheap buys.

Utter rubbish! They rate him at £8 Million. Buy out clauses are NOT the normal for a standard loan deal.

Here's my take on loans, I think SG has put us into the shop window to get top loanees by playing them, everyone we got were given chances sometimes to the detriment of the team. I think SG is trying to attract better players by doing this. Kents's stats are not great but his improvement has been stellar, I swear I ain't looked but, if you compare his goals/ assists since xmas to those before he's improved stat wise too.

AHW not only an expert on gers finances, he's an expert on player contracts as well! He's like a sh*t that won't flush, can't get rid of him.

Loans you say AHW 🤔, that's why rodgers deserted you's 🤡👍.

my point is its bout time we started developing our own youngsters rather than develop others clubs players.
We are meant to have this excellent training and youth facility but when was the last time we played one of our youth players regular for the first team.
Hopefully next season is when we finally see some players come threw and play regular for our first team and save us a fortune on transfer fees and wages.
Yeh kent has improved since Christmas but what to say Middleton would not have done the same.
Must clubs nowadays do trying insert buy out clauses into loans its common practise.
I would much rather the club bought players to develop or develop or own players than loan players into the club without buy out clauses.

Blueberry. no counter arguments so you revert to abuse. I would have said shi# but it's not pc today.

Coldo. Rodgers left to line his own pockets. I say good riddance. similar to your man mccoist. money above club.

AHW, rodgers left because liewell wouldn't back him in the market. that's why you got loans and rodgers left👍.
