Given that the squad needs revamped in January and that Celtic have shown everyone the value in tue Asian market - I think the obvious candidate would be Muscat. I think clubs for Asia will be in their close season and easier to deal with.
Think Clement would also be a good appointment but would want to shop in more traditional markets.

They have 3 successes from 9 or 10 signings.
The ones who have been poor have been extremely poor.
