Told today we r trying to sort a few swap deals involving matondo sakala Davies, Barisic, to france.
Also told big interest in swap from Swansea for Lawrence
Very interesting forest if the get relegated want Davies or sakala.

I would prefer to keep Lawrence but would be delighted to see Sakala and Davies go although as always it would depend on who we brought in. Interesting that Newcastle want Davies and Sakala; probably means that some of their better quality players will look to exit. Good luck to Barasic if he moves to France, he is a quality player and I would wish him well.

I don't get the sakala he is a useful tool n has goals in him
From last season he's got better
N next i think he will be better still
I honstly think with better players n more confidence in the team he could become the finished article,
He creates chances
He scores goals
His workrate is second too none most times
N a lot of games we have struggled he's changed the outcome for the better
N he's scored more than kent has he not
He loves us, n i would like him too stay as he has it in him too run at defences beat a player, he's been a lot better than some of our so called better players,

Be gutted if Lawrence goes tbh. Think he looked very good and deserves another shot once fit. Davies isn't as bad as some making out. Think he would perform much better with proper defenders at R and L back. Kopp signed him for Liverpool, can't be that bad surely! The others can go.

Sakala has goals and assists but he fluffs his lines too often. We will win nothing with him as our main striker. Squad option fine but we need money and if someone comes in with 2/ 3 million we should definitely consider it.

Sakala is useful around the squad for about 75% of our games a season, will chip in with goals and assists against a lot of SPFL teams when we create lots of chances, but his lack of composure and quality is not good enough in big games where you maybe only get a few chances.
Although I’d be happy to have him around as a squad player, if someone offers good money for him then we can’t really refuse it, especially given we are looking to bring in lots of new players, the money would be a welcome boost to transfer funds.
I would put guys like Barisic, Hagi and Davies in the same boat. Wouldn’t be unhappy if they stayed but they do seem to be players that have a sellable value and if we need to generate some more funds for new signings then these are guys I think we could easily cope without having.

N no matter who we play he tries,
People stuck with a lot worse
When he gets a decent run
He generally dose well
N i agree he's not our first choice attacker, but he scores chances
If he's missing loads a sitters, means he's in good positions too mis them
N he is getting better
Hes been brilliant in games

I'm with fruitbear on sakala he's feeling heat for his miss rightfully so but he is still a handy option for rest of the spl
Always think it's funny how people are targeting our first team players and not saying a lot about fringe players when they are the ones not contributing or pushing the first team players.

Apologies, I should have said Nottingham Forest, not Newcastle. Fully agree that neither Davies or Sakala are at a level that they will be targeting. I actually think that Davies would do ok back in England, I just don't think he fancies the rough and tumble of the SPL. As for Sakala, sorry but I just see him as a guy with speed with a limited football brain and I want to see significantly better quality players at Rangers. We might as well sign Usain Bolt!
