for 44 mins we was brilliant. nervy 2nd half. but we got the job done. that's all it matters 3 points.

As MW explains, final thirty minutes of the first half was great. First ten poor. Second half, one chance for Barry McKay, great improvisation from Joe Dodoo. Could've been a great goal.
A striker in the Joe Garner mould would've been annoyed not to get a hat trick today in that first half.
Can't wait to see us get that one over the line.
If he's in Monday, can see him starting against Motherwell.

What chances would a garner have finished that Miller didn't?
Agreed we need a striker, but for me a commanding central defender is more important.
Kiernan was awful today.

Kiernan and Wilson are both rotten! I agree we need a quality centre back but Miller missed an absolute sitter in that first half that would have put us 3 - 0 before they scored!

Hopefully garner might play on the shoulder of the last defender most games we have balls flying around there and our centre forward is 2 deep. seen it in first half today.

If we'd beaten Hamilton at home and drew away with Dundee I think we'd have said an OK start. Still a work in progress and we need Holt, Windass and Crooks fit and in the team asap.
