Just listened to Sterling's comments - what a breath of fresh air and beats the "we'll learn from it" nonsense from the captain. At least he understands and gets it.

"Gets it" - what exactly does he "get"
Sure, his comments were more encouraging than our alleged captain's but this "gets it" nonsense gets rolled out time and again.
If a player can't get himself in the right frame of mind to play for the club then he shouldn't be in the team. That's all there is to get. Words are pointless if not backed up by action.
