Beale has left Sunderland with Immediate Effect. You can fool some of the people some of the time blah blah blah. sometimes you have to know your limitations in this competitive world we live in.2 strikes and your out . unfortunately a big pay day was probably reached . seems this is how the modern day manager works with fancy contracts and huge pay offs. even through failure.

Aye- 9 weeks, don’t get long at most clubs, cut throat environment now ok. Though Beale does himself no favours, he has a very arrogant attitude. This will not look good on his CV. Sunderland was playing well under Mowbray for the best part? So I have no sympathy for the owners.

I’m far from his biggest fan but 12 games is a ridiculously short time to give someone as a manager. If the board thought he was the man surely to god you at least give him til the end of the season.

What a bizarre post on managers contracts. Like taking a dig at managers for asking for time in their deals. I think you’ll find that everyone any manager is ‘sacked’ it’s the club breaking the deal. Manager is happy to continue, losing or not. Assuming it’s a sack, they deserve their contracts paying out, it’s the clubs job to find a manager they won’t need to sack.

I actually like Sunderland as a Team and also their fans. the details seldom come out for the reason, but the dressing room is usually the first place to start. If you lose that your F*****. and I think this is the case. just like it was with us.

Ok we all realise that michael beale failed as our manager but the guy was part of a successful management team, when steven gerrard was our manager ? We've got a superb manager now in philippe clement, so why are some glorifying on michael beale getting sacked by sunderland ?I don't wish any bad luck/ feelings towards beale and wish him well in the future ?He wasn't good enough for us as our manager so draw a line under it, as these things happen and stop continually trying to put the guy down all the time ? This guy loves our club and was superb as our first team coach under gerrard ?Some just cannot get enough hatred out towards beale and it doesn't sit right with me anyway ?.

Beale getting sacked so early says more about Sunderland than it does him.
Don't get the hate for him, just was not up to the rangers job and never should have been appointed.
We also now have an excellent manager in charge.
