Barisic wasn't decent. He had a 12 month purple patch when we won the league. Was woeful before and even worse after.
Would genuinely rather have kept declan john.

I think there's a big difference between borna barisic and john mclaughlin mate ? Borna was rangers no. 1 left back for years and played well for us, mclaughlin was never in a month of Sunday's a rangers no.1 and didn't play a great deal of games for us ? I never rated him like the majority of us.

BB has had some special moments with and for us, how many of our lads have got to a world cup semi final?
Genuinely thought he was away a few years ago when he hung around on the pitch after an old firm game, whatever happened he didn't go, and from there his form dropped.

Best of luck to Borna if he moves on to another club, and a player who has been a good servant to the Rangers and a Croatian International no less.
We all have differing opinions on players but throughout the years and those in the lower leagues we as supporters showed tremendous spirit and backing to any player pulling on the jersey.

I wish Barasic well and equally I wish all those players that will leave at the end of this season, well, even those that I have never rated. Anyone offered the opportunity to play for rangers should jump at the chance. It is certainly not their fault if Managers, Directors of Football and Chief Scouts, not forgetting previous Board Members, bring in players that are not of the standard we should be signing.
