Just read an article regarding dujon sterling he said at Chelsea he was coached to play several positions and even goeoon to say he thinks central midfield is his best position and also his favourite. The bold mick signed him as a rb. It seems dujon has been played various positions in his youth career even at international level and senior level. I call him a utility player, all teams need them. I'd like to see him have a run at rb to gauge him there. What position do fellow posters think dujon could make his own?

Right back or centre mid, probably in that order. Sure as he’ll I never want to see him at right wing to accommodate Tav again.

A combative CDM that covers the attacking fullbacks we’ve been missing for a long time! He’s the best player we have IMO.

Got to be rb for me. Think he would be absolutely solid at rb and as we have seen good going forward. I've really took to big dujon he just gets it, love the type of player he is you never feel he's going to lose a tackle, absolute athlete, calm, composed, good passer of the ball, know he's going to always leave it all out on the park.
We would do well to get another few like him. I think he'll make us a few quid once he nails down a position, but saying that teams are always looking for guys that can play multiple positions.

I agree SWSOBE, I think Sterling and Dio would be unreal together in midfield. I would rather we signed a RB that can attack and defend and put Sterling in midfield but I do believe he'd also be a very good RB.

I would trust Dujon in goals.
But in all honesty I would love to see him play RB for a extended period of time. He's good in CM but not technical enough for me and that's no slight on the boy. His other attributes far outweigh any negatives.
I just think RB is perfect for his talents and is his position and be great to see a fullback block crosses and be able to keep up with opposition wingers.

Box to box midfielder his passing is good plus he has the legs to pull it of, would give us a different dimension-Dujon is my favourite Rangers player right now. He’s been a real find. Great attitude, looks after himself well. Younger players should really be looking up to this lad. Honestly I’d build my team around him-not just try fit him in.

What am I missing about Sterling, strong tackler and works hard, poor distribution for a centre mid. Would he be in a before a souness, Gascoigne, Davis, surely that is the standard we want.

Sterling is a player. A machine. Would be magnificent at RB. But Tav going nowhere. First mistake. So midfield for Sterling who won't fail. A terrific athlete.
