Yes agree. I think we will keep Souttar given he is Scottish. Then be interesting to see if there is someone they are looking at to replace Goldson.
Davies I would keep I have always liked him. Don’t think he has done too much wrong this season.

If he sign’s that’s him, goldson, balogun, Davies, souttar and king. I expect king to go out on loan and I’d assume we will part ways with at least 1 more cb.

Goldson must get sold surely. I actually don’t mind Ben Davies at all, I know he gets a lot of stick because he’s not a big dominant CB but for games at Ibrox when he can start the build up and in Europe when the ball is on the ground more often I think he does well.

Davies and goldson are big earners so if offers come in that are suitable they will probably go and be replaced.

I really hope we have another CB in mind to replace Goldson, we need an upgrade with some quality, presence and pace about them. New CB, Souttar, Cordoba and Balogun, with King as 5th choice or send him out on loan to sweeten a deal for another player (Miller, Barron, Watson)

Goldson and Davies will be actively encouraged to find alternative employers next season as Glasgow Rangers can no longer guarantee first team action for rapidly ageing serial losers. We can't replace them with a leaner meaner guy on half their pay and still have them moping or grinning around in the background. That would result in a very bad outcome. End of Cycle means just that IMO.

I predict Tav will be here and Goldson will be sold. I'd also loan out or sell King who never really impressed me. I also have no issue with Davies either .

King is at an age where he needs to play and Balogun resigning might signal it’s time for the lad to move on. He’s not a CB for me and I personally think his game is suited to a holding midfield role, similar to how Lundstram was used, dropping in and making a 3.
