I have to admit, I was very surprised that Scotland got beat 4-0 by Netherlands, Scotland are a decent team now.

Seems every time Scotland play a decent team they fold ano some were just freidly games recently were not as good as we think.

Wasn't surprised tbh, was more surprised we had chances to score, pity we didn't have a centre forward lol!
Joking aside, we have been punching above our weight, I think the Euros and the Europa League thing at a higher level will find us out.

More than competed for 60 minutes but the drop off when changes were made is a worry. I was very impressed in first half and wee Billy was best player on the park, he’d take he ball in a phone box keep it and complete a pass.

East Belfast, Spain, norway, Denmark, Ukraine. Surely they are all decent teams, so that's not realy true.
Carrick posted similar last night that Scotland out played them for most of the game. As scotty said the changes swung it for them, we don't have same depth. Still 4-0 absolutely flattered them, we missed 3 sitters, needs to be better at that level.

Thought scotland played brilliant. We're by far the better team in the first half. Hit the bar twice and countless other good goal scoring chances. I Thought the 4 nil scoreline flattered the dutch. what i liked most from last night was the calmness and intregit play and passing. We never Looked scared to recieve the ball. let's not kid ourselF tho we were playing the dutch. if we play like that against the swiss and hungary then you just never know.

We have improved technically in our back and mid leaps and bounds however its our final third which is not quite kept up, that's where the team ahead of us excel. We are missing maybe 2 players to finish the jigsaw to make us a top team. If only we had Dagleish and Cooper.

Those games are meant for results like that to show the standard we must achieve before the Finals and avoid this happening in Germany in front of the world.

27 goals would suggest otherwise doiger. He wasn't great last night, considering it's his first start against that kind of opposition thought he done ok, very unlucky to hit the bar, not much service to work with tbf. Hope your good doiger ?.

Shankland was unlucky. I could seriously see Gilmour playing for a top European team, he's that good.

I totally agree guys, billy gilmour is a superb midfielder and of the steven davis mould for me ? He controls the tempo of the game, very rarely wastes a pass and his control is that good, you couldn't get the ball off him in a phone box ?.
