Anybody know what's going on with rangers TV. Last two spl games it's been Aberdeen and stmirren TV commentary teams. I know a lot don't like Miller on rangers TV but listening to that tlast two games was murder.

Are you watching actual RTV or an IPTV stream where it may be the opposing teams feed and commentary, official RTV is always Rangers folk, Tom and Dorrans today.

It's iptv but it's on rangers TV, never had this problem until the Aberdeen game. Always been rangers TV feed.

I did reply raisetheroofe but it hasn't appeared. No swear words in my reply but the jist of it was I came on to ask for help.
I've put lots of money into my club for a long time but can't now.
I'm happy for Bankie that he can afford to but ill health has changed my life and circumstances a huge amount.

Jfm63 I had same commentary too mate and to Bankie most fans put a lot of money into our club if folk want iptv because it's cheaper and get more value for money with everything you get with it then so be it.

There's a couple of them on here, Jfm, who come across all self-righteous when it comes to watching illegal streams. I've even seen some post that anyone who does it, is "taking money out of the club". ?.

Its an interesting topic. As IPTV (not all) and loaded firesticks are illegal. I have used something similar a while back but stopped as the providers were getting caught and were giving up subscribers so I won't attempt to take any moral high ground. Do we think its like driving a car without insurance or shop lifting, most of us would never dream of doing either so its funny how we see digital and copy right theft differently.

I had wrote something similar earlier storm but for some reason wasn't posted. Not everyone has money to burn on multiple TV subscriptions, so iptv is best for them.

Like I said earlier i'm not taking moral high ground but there has to be an acceptance not having the money is not a justifiable excuse and its not about how folks decide to spend there money its about folks using an illegal service often run by serious organised crime gangs. At the moment this is socially acceptable as we can see from many posts and my own usage but why, that's the debate, imo.

Because of ill health I can now work very limited hours. My whole life has changed in a huge way and if iptv is the only way I can now watch my club then you and bankie can shove your opinions.

Mines is a stream 40 quid a year. Any channel you can think of plus all the ppv boxing and recent movies. Best thing i ever done was get rid of sky. Really cannot see me being prosecuted ? more chance of getting a fine for not paying tv license.

Jfm, my we uncle bless him, is in a similar situation, had a season ticket nearly 40 odd years bought everything that rangers sold, followed them all over Europe, even paid for his season ticket when he didn't stay in the country for a number of years. He lost a multi million pound company during credit crunch, had to sell his house now he stays in a little bed sit. The highlight of his week is to sit and watch the team he loves on his iptv stick, who is anybody to say he cant? Maybe one day bankie could say hello, on his way down from above eh jfm. You never know the day.

Can't watch in uk. Unless it's on iptv. When rangers TV get to show a game in scotland I buy it.
I've been paying to rangers my whole life Bankie, don't know if you meant to be dismissive but some of us no longer have the health or the money to attend football or spend fortunes on different TV packages so I watch whichever way I can. Im not Jfm. My identity got stolen and my account also got hacked my passwords and email was also for sale on the dark web all linked to the service I used, luckily my bank spotted this instantly and locked my accounts at the hack attempt but caused me loads of stress and hassle for a couple of weeks. At no point on the post have I made it personnel just having a social debate. i'm sorry your taking it personally that's not my intention.

Jfm i'm thinking you don't have a VPN as your saying Rangers games are not available in UK. The reason i'm bring that up is for security reasons and you may be vulnerable if your not using a VPN with IPTV. With a VPN all games are available on RTV.

Tjbb so it's wrong to use iptv but OK to stream rangers games that aren't allowed to be broadcast in the UK via rangers TV using a VPN.
I'm not the most technology gifted although I get by, but that didn't sound right to me, so here is the explanation online of watching Rangers TV using a VPN to pretend you are in another country.
It is against the vast majority of streaming platforms' terms of service to use a VPN to unlock content specifically unavailable within your own country.

Jfm63. i'm not saying right or wrong that's what we were all talking about in the discussion. IPTV is illegal and in many cases run by serious organised crime. The discussion revolves around why is it socially acceptable, I signed up didn't think much off it, my brother in law has it but don't badger him. that's all I was wondering why we think this of certain things in our world. I use Nord VPN and RTV neither illegal it may breach tncs on some platforms like Netflix etc but not in RTVs case.
