Big Phil did make a comment yesterday about having the best players and having the best staff for the players and took that as he would be adding to his staff and we may even see some changes in staff.
Seem to me we could get a proper continental style put into our club that didn't happen under Mark Allen or Ross Wilson. This probably didn't help Gio when he was manager having a wee midget short sighted guy being football director.
