Yes you're correct OWS, ross wilson does rate russell martin highly as a head coach/ manager ?So maybe he'll make him the forest manager in due course ? When Wilson was at rangers he did mention martin as a possible candidate for the rangers job.

Now, I could be wrong, but when his name got mentioned on here as a potential manager option, there were more than a few who shot the suggestion down in flames. It looks like the boy's doing not too bad at all.

U r correct ror, I was one of them as at Swansea I felt he did not have the credentials to manage us at that stage of his career.
He certainly has done a good job so far at Southampton.
