I can't blame the manager for this season, we have been really unlucky with serious injuries so let's see what he does with a fit front line and additions.
If Gerrard wants Tav and Goldson then let's sell as the money will come in handy, let's rip the defence apart and as Beal should have done start at the back, if the Midfield have confidence in the backline then it makes their job easier, too many times they have to cover which leads to mistakes. Get the big earners out and let's not look backwards.

He’s not been perfect but this is a player failing for the most part.
The Lundstram debacle at the weekend just demonstrated no matter what your manager does leading up to a crucial game the players need to go on the pitch and deliver.
