Don't understand why this lost would be viewed as concerning? I've consistently heard people saying those on there barring Raskin and Iga aren't good enough. Why the shock at us trying to get rid? 11 of the names have been nowhere near the first team in a year plus.

Of that list Dio been awful so far, Davies we want out, Yilmaz we want out, Tav has his haters and is on the decline, Souttar criticised constantly and in last year of contract, Hutton, Gentles and Curtis I imagine would be loan transfers, Cortes and Matondo seemed not good enough by majority of fans, Bajrami similar, Dessers hated and loved by many but aging and never be worth more so makes sense, Barron deemed not good enough by many, Rice will be a loan to Motherwell, Nsio clearly not going to make it or we'd have seen more of him, Nsiala we all knew was deemed surplus and got bullied when he played but was good on the ball.
The only 2 we could really be upset about is Igamane and Raskin but if the fees are good then we can't complain too much. Don't really see how this is a problem especially based on what I've said above and maybe this sorts that divide we've heard about so again don't see the reason to beat RM with it.
As I during the brugge game I'm doubtful RM can turn it around but don't see how this is a problem based on what I've stated and what's been said by numerous on this site. I highly doubt that many will leave as well unless we have replacements lined up and considering the lack of rumours I just don't see it.
Now let's say it does happen, Aasgaard takes dio's starting spot, Rothwell in as the 6 until a new 6 is signed and Cameron takes the other spot in midfield.
A new RB and 2 LCB would be signed but Aarons and Fernandez would play there in the meantime. Danilo would start up top and 1/ 2 new strikers would come in. Danilo probably become 3rd choice.

Okay just let's say the rumours of factions is correct and Clement and Ferguson were also correct on players not following instructions in the past. also the last interim coaches and EHL have mentioned the mental fragility. so is the only way to get the club back on an even keel and get rid of them with those issues to have a cull?
Still will be interesting to see how this rumour plays out and how many actually leave. on law of averages if they are so disgruntled which is what I take from it (may be wrong on that) would we expect to see 50%, 60% leave. personally I reckon as few as 6 transferred (not itk just a guess) Nsiala, Davies, Yilmaz, Cortes, Matondo. Possibly Dessers or Iga on top of that with Barron (loan), Rice (loan) Nsio (loan), Curtis (possible loan? )

I think it'd be easy for RM to sell this to board. Team of series losers, need to assess and only keep those who impress and but into RMs vision.
Im assuming some sold some on loan. Cut the fat we know needs cut and only allow an out for those we replace.

A good response post AyrshireMurphy and one I agree with. We've known the squad hasn't been good enough for years, so a big cull sounds good to me. The only 2 i'd keep from that list is Raskin and Iga, but they would likely bring in the biggest fees to fund the rebuild. Plus if they want to leave, then better to sell now. We would need some quality replacements, including some Scottish Association trained players for the Euro squad.

I'm not against moving any of the players mentioned on but it's the timing of EHL saying that they are working on active transfers away, we would have very limited time to replace certain members and as stated we have already missed out on some top targets. So are we going to be going for target b, c, d, e, f and so on.
If the majority of those leave before the window shuts then we are pretty damn screwed and top it off with a useless manager.

if you look at the list of 19 they comprise:
4 guaranteed starters (Souttar, Raskin, Dio, Dessers/ Igamane)
6 young lads (Hutton, Nsiala, Rice, Nsio, Curtis and Gentiles)
6 we rarely see (Davies, King, Yilmaz, Cortes Matondo, Bajrahmi)
3 on subs bench (Dessers/ Igamane, Tav, Barron)
so out of that list there are 4 or 5 we may miss but 3 in Iga, Dessers and Raskin have been linked with moves recently and the chat on here was all about how much we would want for them.
so out of the 19 we probably need say 7 or 8 in to replace them if that many.
like the papers the headline of that many names was the scare factor but when you read the story is it that scary?

This would make all the loan signings make sense, pad the squad out for as little as possible and clear out anyone on a high wage/ worth a decent sale value. Getting us into a good position for FFP and aim to adopt the old "yous will nae score at ibrox" mentality from days of old for a season and recruit right for next year given we will effectively walk into the europa league next year and anything more in the mean times is a bonus.
I know that's more negative than we all want to see, be we have to be realistic about what funds will be available year in year out.

Only players I'd genuinely be concerned about losing at this point are Souttar, Raskin and Iga. Expect loans for some but would not be concerned about losing many of these players. If the fees are right then we'd expect to lose these 3 aswell. Dowell needs shifted somehow as well.
Could be an interesting end to the window but bottom line is we have a bloated squad and need to move a lot of players on.

EHL - Davies away to Championship (for one season at least) so he probably had League 1 options too as he's highly regarded at that level.
In the main this clear out is needed following several rounds of poor recruitment, alongside a change in football style (personally still to be convinced) and leadership.
Martin made it clear we will see new players coming in during yesterday's presser, and leaned towards more seasoned professionals which the side badly needs.
Going to be a very tough 9 days on and off the park as we face in to yet another 'rebuild' (hate that term)

I'd be disappointed if Rice is sold. I think a loan would be a good move for him to get regular game time, but he'd need to sign a new contract before he moves. I would like to see Curtis stay and get game time, but if he's not going to play, then a loan makes sense. I think both have the quality to play for us, but need to play regularly

He'll leave at the end of this season as a free agent?That will be him completed 11 years at rangers. We have had multiple managers that couldn't win consistently with this group over players over the past 2-3 years so it makes sense to have a big rebuild.
However will be painful as they bed in / new manager tactics etc.
