With the new rule at the euroes of only captains can speak to the refs regarding desicions I've noticed Italy goal keeper is the captain. Just wondering how that will work especially if its on the other end of the pitch.

Connor Barron does look like a good young midfielder and the type we're needing 🤔Like a stuart mccall type a terrier in the tackle and always working on and off the ball constantly 👍I've always been impressed with him, everytime i've seen him and i hope we can sign him 🙏.

If Rooney's interested it's to keep him from joining Rangers. I hope the boys advisors look at the bigger picture, he'll get much more exposure and experience at Rangers with the European situation.

He absolutely is and I’m delighted by this signing……if it comes off of course. I’ve heard a lot of people on X a YouTube say we’re getting another Jack! But 10 years younger and less injury prone, I really liked Jack when he played but I don’t remember Jack ever being quite as mobile. It will just be the Aberdeen thing.

Although I’d definitely say we need another midfielder in there, with a different profile someone who can score a goal but not a number 10, and this is just me but do we need a number 10 in there next season if we have the correct balance in midfield and goals with our midfielders chipping in and guaranteed goals from our wide men and our striker? I’m not so sure but depends on what PC has in mind.

Scotland are taking the SPFL low block football to the euros and it simply won’t work. Too many quick technical footballers on show that will simply unlock that system. I hope we go out to try and win the next two games rather than not lose them for the sake of all the fans who’ve spent their hard earned cash.

Good post Sima, the top players find space in between the lines then they have the skill to play a pass or take a shot, thought Gundogan was a class above, great player his pass leading up to the second goal was top drawer, MaGregor couldn’t get near him.

Another level above were Germany. All their first 11 play for the top teams in Europe. We have two or three that play for top sides.

Had a build a bet, everything up other than McGinn to be booked, he never got close enough to anyone to even put a tackle in, must be worst scotland performance I have seen, we did not have a clue, can't see us getting anything out of next 2 games.
