If Scotland fail to win the World Cup- who are you going for?
I'm not sure England can do it, I think their defence is what could blow it for them.
I keep hearing France they have a tasty squad, whether they can do it as a team though remains to be seen.

I'm going for one of Spain, Brazil and Argentina. France are phenomenal, but just feel they're due a collapse and a lot of ego in their squad.
Brazil don't have the best squad they've had, but just always got to appreciate the Brazilians.

Portugal for me, especially if they can keep Ronaldo away from the team, they have a great squad and won't be fazed by the heat.

I've loved watching Portugal for years. They've had so many good squads and outstanding players, and underachieved in my opinion.

I think the Portuguese could have a good tournament. France have a strong squad, but I've a feeling they lack something in midfield.
I don't know much about the South American teams these days but I'll go for one of them.

Spain will win the World Cup. They have by far the best overall squad and so much quality it's actually frightening. Lose a big player and they have a ready made replacement ready to step in without diminishing the quality.

I've bet Brazil, I think their squad is a lot stronger than I'd thought and with Ancelotti in charge I'd say they're in a good place.

I feel a calamity about to happen for England mainly due to the arrogance of Tuchel - also an injury to talisman Kane, and they are done - Germany/Brazil won't be far away imo. ? ?

I'm normally bang on every tournament as I support Scotland and anyone who plays England. Not because I hate England, it's the arrogance of the media I hate, but not seeing that so far on the lead up to the World Cup.

Always have a fiver on Brazil, brought up on Pele, Jairzinho, Gerson, Socrates, Rivellino et al, & the heat will suit them.

Genuinely think that England can do well this summer, possibly even actually winning it! Unbearable if it actually does happen, but it's a real possibility. If I was betting, I would look at one of France, Germany or Spain.

I nearly bet Portugal for euros but then I thought Ronaldo was going to play too much and it's all about him. He was one of the best but not now and I changed to Spain.
I think if Portugal didn't play Ronaldo they would have a chance but they will.
I think Argentina are too old now but I wouldn't rule them out entirely.
France with Mbappe always dangerous but again it's all about him. See how PSG have done since getting rid of him and all the other superstars.
I will be putting my money on Spain like I did in euros.
I bet Argentina last World Cup so going for hat trick.
I think England will get to semis as they always seem to have the luck of the draw but I don't think they can win it. Can't believe Foden and Palmer missed out I thought one of them would have made it and to take Toney and not Watkins is a complete and utter joke and I ain't a fan of their manager. I want England out asap.

England will get the usual easy draw, then as soon as they face a top 3 side will get put out. How many top 5 sides have England beat in the past 10 years at a major competition? Can't think of many.
