I personally would bite someone hand off for 1m for mcausland. Not the required standard for us. Don't think he would start for many teams in the SPL.

We need these home grow (and club grown) n players around the team. i'd certainly keep him and give him minutes off the bench. That said every man has his price, but hopefully we're in a better position to maximise that these days rather than let folk go in the cheap.

I think he should stay where he is just now, although we have better at the moment he is only 21, people seem to forget that, he still has plenty of time to develop, and with minutes he will develop into a fairly decent option for us on a regular basis.

I can remember John saying mcausland wouldn't play 20 games for Rangers and I was doubtful of his opinion. After watching him more closely I tend to think John was right and I was wrong, If we got a million I think take it and put Curtis in that position, coming off the bench.

Doubt we'd be turning down an offer like that for him, if that's true. He's not what you need when you look at the bench and need someone on that can create something or score a goal. He only gets support because he's a Rangers fan from NI.
