Much better yesterday and I think I even seen some Brazilian triangles in our play. Under Beale we never tried to kill teams off like yesterday as he was happy defending a 1-0 or 2-1 lead. The big test will be when this side goes behind all to often the players that wanted the ball yesterday go into hiding so let's see what Clement can get from them when we go behind in a game. Something fishy with Barasic injured before international break then plays 2 games with Croatia then injured after 12 minutes again with us.

The ideal loan deal is where the club has an option to buy at a set rate - pretty sure that is not the case here and we have just agreed to pay part of Simas wages with any negotiations at later date - so when he looks/ plays like a superstar only one team will benefit in the long term and that will be Brighton - we cannot have these type of deals in future but at the time we were obviously desperate to get a winger in and happy to deal with other clubs terms.

Stevie - Bayern Barcelona Italian clubs (cos let's agree they are not skint compared to us - nor shop in same market) and the rest that prob suits as they can use a wee cherry on top for no fee - but the Sima case is just putting guy in shop window for another clubs benefit - yes short term he may help us out - but long term if he is good or great then price goes up we then get shafted as no player no deal and start over again - how does that help our club going forward - a deal to buy is better option so u would see that I AM happy with the correct type of loan deal which can lean towards us and give us a buy clause if player is good/ great - CURRENTLY THIS IS NOT CASE.

I thought the goal was a great strike by McSauce but IT WAS offside also Hendry was in line of ball too and there was minimal contact with keeper - would it have stood if Spain scored it? therein lies another question - but some other refereeing decisions were hellish -as Laporte got away with murder numerous times and could easily have been sent off but ref was a bottler.

These Organisations are bringing the game into disrepute via their actions, and must be stopped. I totally agree with Beale65 on this one I put my hand up and say I was worried about his game time there before I realised Naismith still manager but he is flourishing looking more and more dangerous just needs to improve his crossing and delivery from corners and put a little more on his passes.
The boys calmness in front of goal is outstanding his last goal in cup reminds me of gilmours goal Vs Korea for Scotland the calmness to roll the ball with foot I to a better position rather than just snatching at it. His finnishes always seem to be placed too.
How Beale or gio never seen the talent in this boy is beyond me so what if he's cocky not enough Scottish players are.

I still think the criticism of Lammers is way over board. Playing off the right similar to Aribo I think he'd be looking fine if the rest of the team were playing to any sort of standard. He has a good touch and bit of skill and at times can put in a challenge. I reckon if you put any single decent player into our team right now (outfield) they would look guff as well.

Lammers has the technical ability to be in a bigger league, players who play in that position do not need speed it’s all about creating a yard of space to use the ball the way you want, saying that there is something missing which hopefully the new manager can see and play him where needed or he will be loaned out come the summer ??.
