I think if correct we have to take it.

Would rather he signed a new contact John - and lost couple of stone.
Don't think that will happen so 8 Mill would def help the coffers and allow Beale some Xmas cash for players.
I think Buff and Kent will find out the hard way that the grass is not always greener on other side from a football and winning aspect - but when you are only after the big bucks. then its see you later boys!

If that’s accurate…. Wow. Regardless whether it’s Pounds/ Euros/ Dollars! I would have been delighted to get our money back and save on the salary (at least five something to re-invest) . Something tells me bizarrely it’s a wider market for Morelos as a South American as I suspect he would be happy to go anywhere on the globe, whilst I suspect the market for Kent is likely UK or possibly Europe.

As far as I've heard there's been no official approach from Morelos, but John has a great track record so I'd be happy to be wrong on this one, if it's true I'd imagine 8m is with performance and appearance related bonuses, I can't see us getting a flat fee of more than £4m.

Candyman Morelos could very well be in shape now, he could lose his excess weight in his time off, seemingly he is training with his teammates then hitting the gym in his own time, he can put on weight very easily but can also shed it very fast.

The one thing that concerns me is that if Morelos does go then we are going to have to shell out a lot of money finding a replacement. Colak is a totally different type of player and I suspect that Beale will want a more battling centre forward with the qualities that Morelos has.
