There are different issues at play with these transfer timelines.
We'll add a striker when we move a striker. There is still strong interest in Igamane, while there is interest in Dessers the feeling was that could end up being a late August move.
If we progress tonight then we are hopeful the Antman deal will be done quickly, so he'll be available for the next round.
If we don't progress then the timeline changes. We have the money, but there are rules and we don't have much certainty of the clubs turnover for the coming season. Progressing tonight means Europa League is certain and we can spend. Going out likely delays things further until there is more certainty around European income, or a big sale.

Polar afraid that for a club like Go ahead, the manager has very little say on who will be sold since they rely on selling players to turn profit.

Said last night we've agreed a few with GA Eagles re Antman, believe it's around 4.8 million, and personal terms have been verbally agreed, some say Sheffield utd are in for him aswell, but I still believe we are frontrunners and are due to schedule a medical at some point before the weekend, things can change quickly though of course but I've heard nothing today that says otherwise.

Also i like turgeman but tend to agree with john don't want every other question to be a political one which it will be they will all desperately try and get negative sound bite out of him. Think i'd move on to another target.
