Definitely think dessers could get 30 goals this season, but only if he gets over 300 chances. The guy is honestly one of if nott the worst striker I have seen in a blue jersey. He spends more time whinging and moaning to refs, linesmen and other players and that's when he's not on his arse. The guy is an imposter and should join his captain out the main door ASAP. If Clement can't recognise that, then he should join them.

Last season it would have been approximately 210 chances for league goals only.
For reference, Shankland would need 1260 chances to score 30 goals this season at current rate for league goals.
Current league top scorer, Kimpioka, would statistically need 120 chances to score 30 goals at his current rate.

Don’t know how any scout could not have seen all of this. I seen it on his debut! If you ever have a chance check out his 1st goal for us again. What striker of any class doesn’t kick that? He literally didn’t know what to do and literally shinned the ball into the goal. Absolutely awful striker but hella of nice guy!

I said last season early on that Dessers was garbage and have always said that stats don't tell the full story and they don't because Shankland is twice the striker Dessers is and would be a definate upgrade. Trust your eyes folks.

Think i may have read it wrong. Regardless though dessers is terrible. Even look at the open goal he missed v motherwell. Also had a simple through ball in 1st half to send us through 1 on 1 with keeper and he couldn't do that right. So currently we have a rangers number 9 who doesn't really score, needs extra touches, can't pass, can hold it in, zero movenent in thr box. Poor poor striker who i can't believe we paid all that money for.

That’s the problem with our scouting department at the moment,
Far to much over reliance on stats,
Stats can be helpful but what I see and what most of us can see with our own eyes doesn’t lie.

Poor shanks seems to get brought into these stats constantly and to be made to look bad. One thing is for sure dessers would never score 63 goals across 2 seasons with hearts!

A goal just over every 5 chances.
Which basically means, Shankland was prolific last season and worse than rank rotten this season so far.

Its the obvious things that he doesn't do.
Things like making a run across a defender to meet a cross, shoot 1st time, bust a gut to get into the 6yrd box.
It makes me wonder if he doesn't know or just doesn't apply what he knows.

Mph we really only have one season to go on and shanks got 31 goals, player of the year, the Nigerian goalscoring Prince got 22. you would never have guessed that looking at your stats of them both all last season. At least dessers shot to goal ratio was better ? shanks ain't coming to us mate, if your going to do stats with anyone do it with dessers and kyogo as surely that's where we need our striker to be getting the better of is it not?
