Totally about giving the guy a chance, Lovenkrands - we need to get behind the lads we have. But I'm hopeful that this guy is here to give us some depth in the wide areas now Antman is gone, and that we have a '1st choice' LW and RW still on the search list.
If we take him as Antman's replacement, then we've replaced pace with pace and banked 7 figures in the process. So can't be too sad with that, even if I did like the look of Antman and thought he was worth another shot.

J-Zer, would imagine Gentles / McCausland will drop out, they are on the A List. McCausland previously made the B List, but I think they changed the rules this year with DoB's.

Apologies, removing Gentles / McCausland wouldn't free up a "non-homegrown" player slot. We'd still be on the limit of 17 out of 25.
With that in mind, it would have to be a position we're overloaded in, CM or CF.
Pointing more towards Raskin / Chuka / Drago or Miovski.

Guys, just for a bit of context regarding Yokota.
Daisuke Yokota asked to leave the club when they didn't get promotion. Hence him being sold. The club wanted to keep him, and he wanted to play at a higher level. He was their second best player last season in terms of goal involvements.
Fans have a bit of a bitter taste, as he didn't want to stay at the club even though they activated his buy option. This is why Hannover have taken the quick profit on him.

Checked out their comments yesterday, Lovenkrands, and were mostly positive on player, his stats on ground covered a game and ball recovery looked impressive, fast as well, don't think work rate going to be a problem. Let's see how he goes creating for us, take him over Olsen before he kicks a ball for us.

Unreal some of the comments. Many on here are often stating why do players do well when they are away from Rangers, and if we read the Rangers fans' comments, like I would drive him away myself, then why do we get carried away with previous fans' comments.
Can we just wait and see how he performs and pass judgement then?
Writing players off before they even kick a ball just doesn't sit well with me.

Yo-Jimbo, I think our new Japanese right winger Daisuke Yokota is as fast as Oliver Antman if not faster, but is a better dribbler than Antman and has a better work ethic/attitude imo mate. 🤔 🇬🇧

Who knows, John, but we have plenty of CMs to spare so wouldn't be surprised to see one fill in at full back if we are short, which looks very likely due to our poor recruitment.
