I am not sure we have had the same starting line up or even area of the team in games this season. he is trying perhaps to find the right players to play well. front line is the same and defence not changed so perhaps he thinks the MF is where the issues lie. I know, I know why is he playing Rothwell instead of Raskin. it seems he wants his 6 to sit and recycle the ball. that isn't Raskin's game as McCann said in commentary last week advocating that he should be played further forward for his energy.

Whether it's raskin or rothwell or both is irrelevant because we cannot defend as a team and we don't create enough chances as a team so until rm goes or changes his style we won't get close to teams like brugges and will go out anyway.

Pretty lightweight midfield, two attackers and old Joe puffing and panting for 60 minutes before going off early for a fag .
Never thought I would say this but would rather have Barron, Raskin and Diomande who all proved their worth in away European games last season . No harm to the two younger players but we really need players who know they are doing, not learning on the job, in this game.

Some fans appear to want Dessers, Raskin, Diomande, Danilo all sold this transfer window! Too many changes. Team is bad enough without bringing in more players who would have to fit RM "style". If he was sacked between now and next window at least the new manager could potentially adopt a style that would suit the players. It would also form part of his transfer fund.
