Is Findlay Curtis now in possession of the Jersey and therefore a starter for Wed and Sat? I love his attitude and work ethics and he knows where the goals are.

The kad is doing ok and probs gets a chance on Wednesday, however as a winger he lacks that 5 yard burst to get him away from a full back.
Good luck to him though, another young lad living the dream.

He does not hold the Jersey OWS however he might still strat next week. I don't think he is a 1st teamer this season atm but you never know and I am hopeful for his Rangers career.

Findlay Curtis is a good young winger with a superb attitude and takes advice on board ?? That's what we want as Rangers players and is certainly what Russell Martin wants from every Rangers player ?.

Fingers crossed seems a good young lad and looks like there's a player in there but am hoping it's no another mccausland situation, looks to be doing the business then turns out he's nowhere near it.

He's not an actual winger though is he? He's a kind of inside left attacker. He's something different.
For me him and Gassama are the 2 players for the left this season. Cortez may have to battle with the new right winger for a shirt.

He's got the right attitude and loves the club. Smashed with an elbow by their number 5 today, never rolled about took a few seconds then got back in position, then Curtis tried to smash him a few times later in the game but never managed to time it right.

Curtis is still a prospect, still raw, still making some mistakes, still improving and learning. If he doesn't start on Wednesday it won't be the end of the world for him because as the season unfolds and he develops he will get somewhere between 20-30 games. I hope that by that time we might be able to say the jersey is his to lose.

Don't think the lad is a natural winger, see him more of a 10. Doesn't have the speed or trickery for the wing imo. But do think he is ahead of Bajrami for the more inside role with someone overlapping.
Thought Bajrami was very poor today. Worked hard to get on the ball but very wasteful.

He's taken his chance very well and it was a super goal on Wednesday. For me done very little prior to that . as did the rest of the team tbh. Gassama came on and changed the game for me. Believe Curtis will do very well and would be a super 30min sub, but not first team ready atm.

Young Curtis is a brilliant young player. However he doesn't have the pace for a winger. That's Gassamas position. Love him though.

SWS- Aasgaard will be a great addition to our midfield - great driving with the ball with good link up play and is not scared of a dig from distance - just what the doctor ordered imho ?.

We say he has no pace yet he got his goal by cutting inside and getting away from the fullback; also the FB had to pull him down minutes later to stop him doing the same. so he may not be blistering but he has enough to do that and the speed of thought which is worth a pace or two to get away. be interesting to see if our wingers play as orthodox wingers as Gassama's goal also came from cutting inside.

Lad has the right attitude which is a massive positive and for me, took a few hard knocks gets up on gets on, covers a fair bit of ground as well, there is ability there as well and I think his game time would need to be managed over the season.

Merits of Curtis aside, how can anybody say that Gassama came on and changed the game? If anything Curtis changed the game . He scored our opening goal out of nothing at a a time we were getting a battering AND he got the Panathinaikos right back sent off to reduce them to 10 men. Gassama came on against 10 men and a second choice right back, scored a great goal and played really well but the course of the game was already changed by then.

Left of three doesn't need to be a winger in 99.999% of cases it is but doesn't have to be when it comes down to it if you do well you should keep your spot curtis scored inportant goal battled for everything all over pitch worked his socks off and desrves the start even if its just to tire out the defender for a speedy winger to then cone on.

And this will make you happy mystar i even thought up until that late cross dowell dwliver into box was pretty good didn't do much else but still decent standard of crossing.

Both different types both play on the left neither a winger. Just examples.
U don't half talk some pi** at times storm just to get a bite oot whoever ye fancy nipping at that day.
Plenty players play in the left or right of 3 man attack and aremt wingers.
Was Hagi a winger? Aribo? Absolute garbage ye talk mate.
