My take, Ayrshire, is Dahl has pretty much said it's a Rangers move or nothing. He deleted a post, also a picture with him celebrating, and he put a Teddy Bear above their heads.
I'm confident even if it takes a bit longer he wants and will wait it out for a move to Rangers, and it will be like the Dan Neil signing. It'll come out of nowhere.

Dado, I get when these things drag on it gets frustrating, but your frustrations should be at our club, not the player. It should be either sign him or don't, addressed at our recruitment team, if that's how you feel.

Same here, Dado, Dahl is not the problem, I believe his heart is set on Rangers and would be on the first plane if the club gets it done.
It's probably bursting his head more than yours.
His manager has said his value will continue to climb, so the sooner we finalise it the better. Dragging it out could cost us more.

Something is holding this up. I can only assume it's the sale of Raskin.
People claiming to be ITK on here said Raskin would not need to be sold before Dahl was signed so what do they say now?

Can't believe the comments about - be frustrated at our club - seriously?
We are not just going to pay overinflated prices or keep bringing players in while few have left.
I for one am delighted with our approach so far. I would far prefer we focus on a RW and CH as priorities and seek to improve squad as the window develops (ie, Dahl should Dio, Raskin or Aasgaard move on).
Just because scarfs are not above heads every other day, we need to understand lots of work to facilitate moves in and out are taking time. Not every player feels desperate to jump ship when there are still 6 weeks of window open and many teams unlikely to offer deals until their own pre/season starts.
6 players already through the door. Calm down, calm down.

I think he'll be better than Odegaard. Different player in that, Dahl's more of a goal threat and more a box to box.
He has very good defensive attributes.

I think if we sign him he'll be player of the year in Scotland.

I didn't want it to be like that, and it wasn't, but sometimes it can come across like that cause text doesn't do tone.
I can see him play for Spain's big 3 or Bayern, City, or Arsenal.
That's how good he is. I've watched more and more of him as times went on.

Stig, they work in Norwegian money, they don't use the Euro.
We offered 70m of their money. Think they wanted 80 or something like that.
They want 8.5m euros.
The problem is, if he has a screamer on Thursday in Europe then again at weekend, his club could be in the right to put it up to 10m euros.
My opinion is, even if he was costing 15m euros I'd pay it.
