@Ekremkonur saying Besiktas have made official contact with Rangers for Mohamed Diomandé.
Says we are in no rush to sell and have set a price tag of 15/ 20 million euros.
He' a player I like, and I think he'll be excellent for us in an RM team this season But I think fans opinions are mixed on him, and we're in a position where £15m would go a long way to helping our rebuild. I#d take it, spend £5m on Miller, and the rest on other targets. But equally happy to see him stay!

Does anyone really see that Miller would be first choice ahead of Raskin and Rothwell or even Aasgard if he plays there. I could even add Cameron to that given his figures from last season for a comparable team. some may but I don't think Miller would see it that way and he will want first team football.

Never seen a player in Diomande, I would take £10m for him in a heartbeat. Also, while I have said that Miller should be one we a should sign, for his own benefit he really needs to move abroad and make a go of it in Europe. Sink or swim, see what he's made of. He will disappear if he were to remain in Scotland.

To be honest it's been pretty quiet on rumours concerning millers next move, got a feeling a deal is being done behind the scenes quietly. I think he will end up in Italy.

Billyhrfc Rothwell Raskin Assgard and lyall cam will all play ahead oh him mate. Mate am no one to to pretend to be in the know or anything but I do live 5 doors down from a gentleman who up until last year worked with Rangers and was heavily involved, meet him most mornings walking the dogs. Doesn't give me any transfer talk or that but will say about lads in training so on and lyall jefte and cortes are the fittest at ibrox and Assgard and lyall are absolutely unreal in training. I know it sounds like am perhaps lying people take it which way they like mate. We both live in ayr no that that proves anything either but what he said was was lyall and Assgard will will be starters with how things look the now and dowell is like a new player.

Not seen much of Miller tbh. I just don't know how any player from Motherwell, standout or not is worth over £5 million at 18 years old. Scored 2 in 32 matches in the league last season with 8 assists. I know it's only Motherwell but hardly earth shattering.

Ryan, this is an interesting one as it's difficult to define 'fittest' - however in terms of endurance Jefte, Cameron and Cortes are top of the tree.
Would also agree that some of Cameron's long distance finishing and Thelos passing have been ridiculous at times.

Dio was a stand out in some euro games last season, has the talent to kick on and go to bigger things as well so am in know rush to sell, our midfield is really looking good and with the added talent will help Dio kick on.

That's pleasing EHL around Cameron in particular. I had a fear he would be lost in all the ins and outs and that he was previous regime pick.

Stevie you are talking about replacing a player with 15 with a player who had 10 so no matter the age and potential then he isn't as good as Dio.
Superally the pre-contract is same as here so can sign one 6 months before end of contract. if it goes to end of contract difference with moving out of Scotland is that fee is set whereas we need to agree one.

Respectfully rather baffled at SOME of these takes.
Firstly, I don't think Lennon Miller is an out and out attacking midfielder - so his stats, especially for a team like Motherwell are really good. He ranks in the top percentiles compared to other CMs in the league in many stats, with his age and potential Motherwell are bang on to ask for 8 or so million - which is refreshing considering how other Scottish teams have undervalued their players previously.
Secondly, Diomande is a real quality technical player - as shown in the European games last year - who I feel will shine under RM. We have him down on a long term deal, and with his ever growing talent and potential there that 17-20 million mark is more than fair, he or Raskin would be a massive loss imo.

Diomande had some good performances last year but he also had some absolute howlers too. I don't think he would be any great miss if he were to go. We could definitely put the quoted money to far better use.

Dio, is a fantastic player, who, imo, will end up in a top 5 league. we have a gem here lads, better than kamara, again my opinion. if he IS being sold we should be looking at top dollar.

I still think we as a fan base undervalue our players ability and undervalue their worth. Look across the city for examples.
Playing in the slow meandering style we have over the last few years I expect some players to flourish under better more attacking style. We need to give them time.

If Miller gets first team starts then him and his da are interested, last year of contract they get £5m upfront no on the drip then they listen, they might fancy a couple on loan and we sub it as right now they are mince based on the last 2 games . Whoever gets that boy gets a star .
