Well that was exciting for an hour or so only to find out what we knew deep down, he's staying. Think we need to get used to him and not competing this year. Sad thing is if we don't get the chance to go at cl football next season it will get even worse. No. point on about staying away from games as they have the season ticket money and they know the fans won't boycott buying merch en masse because they won't want to hurt the club financially. So basically we just sit n wait till hopefully even the board cannot justify keeping him.
Now how low do we get for that to happen.

Stevie g never sneaked out anywhere he left us top of the league by a decent distance and still in Europe albeit not looking like qualifying.
The team he left us with got to Europa final, we got a very good compensation for him aswell.
And he left Bea cause he wasn’t being backed after be Mf told ye would be.
He then watched as his next 3 successors got the money to spend that he wasn’t gave.

here is a suggestion: PC agreed to stay on only if there was confidence in long term and if there wouldn’t be any knee jerk sacking if things didn’t immediately start working. The new contract could show that the agreed to that may mean that this is the end of the merry go round of managers we have had for the last few years.
There will be some pretty tough lows and everyone gets reactionary when these poor runs of form happen. people need to accept a massive transition equals playing below par for a while. we need to go through this to get to a level where we can again challenge Celtic. I don't like it either but as we don't have over-budget spends of £10 million every year this is what is needed. will it work long-term: I don't know but I do know the over-spend would eventually lead to administration as our benefactors lose interest, funds or die. There is no billionaire out there willing to spend unlimited funds for ever.
