Talk of them banning fans for the last OF game, even though there were away fans at the other three. Surely this isn't fair? Not that it would nake any difference to them. They have no shame.
24 Apr 2026 17:58:29
Wanting guarantees that no tickets will be sold to Union Bears. They've some brass neck, banned their goon brigade from home and away matches, yet they were at every away match throughout the ban. Be better when we beat them with 60k of their own fans in anyway.
24 Apr 2026 18:10:17
Does it surprise you? Sporting integrity is only used when it suits them.
24 Apr 2026 18:14:21
A club like no other indeed, a support who invaded Ibrox before and after the cup game, now saying Rangers fans are banned from a potential league decider. Yes, the Union Bears are idiots at times, but this is a convenient excuse to give themselves any advantage they can.
24 Apr 2026 18:19:10
Just refuse to play under sporting integrity and demand the game to be played at a neutral venue.
24 Apr 2026 18:19:14
Is there a more arrogant club than that mob? Ban their own ultras from their dump, but quite happy for them to pollute every other ground in the country. Always on about sporting integrity, a club with no shame.
24 Apr 2026 18:37:03
As much as I have issues with the UB, this is crazy. They have allowed the Green Brigade back, the same fans who caused trouble at Ibrox and assaulted their own staff and police. If they want to take a stand and ban ultras, then their own should be the first.
24 Apr 2026 18:42:19
Mutant FC. ?
24 Apr 2026 18:52:15
If the SPFL allow this to happen, then they are showing their true colours. Rangers legal team should be all over this. So they didn't wreck our stadia, didn't go on the park, didn't charge the disabled door, didn't desecrate the memory of the Ibrox disaster.
Yes, the UB were on the pitch, that was daft, but as much as I'm not a fan of the UB, they are the lesser of two evils in this debacle imho.
24 Apr 2026 19:07:35
The desperate action of an organisation in terminal decline will surely come back to bite them on the bum.
24 Apr 2026 19:12:04
It'll be even sweeter when we pump them.
Permanent away fans ban, only solution. I wouldn't give them a penny of my hard earned cash and don't want them given me back my hard earned cash as well.
24 Apr 2026 19:24:22
Fork, both of them as bad as each other that day. Both sets of fans in the pitch were wrong.
What Celtic are doing is a disgrace now, but it's no surprise at all.
24 Apr 2026 19:28:05
They sold tickets to the GB for a cup tie at Ibrox, they invade the pitch and wreck the stadium, and yet their response is to ban the UB due to their behaviour for "safety reasons". You couldn't make this up.
24 Apr 2026 19:47:38
Oh, I agree, Storm, but the deafening silence of the part their supporters played, and the blatant attempt to shift the culpability on to us, is frankly abhorrent, both stupid, but the lack of responsibility by the mob powerbrokers for their fans behaviour is shocking.
24 Apr 2026 19:50:21
Jardine, just enjoy it, mate.
I was all for getting more fans back in like the cup game, but neither side can't be trusted.
24 Apr 2026 19:52:58
Hilarious they're doing this to try gain advantage. They banned the GB for last 5 months even though they were still at every game. Rangers should just say ok then dish out tickets as they wish.
24 Apr 2026 20:00:53
Totally agree, Fork, appeasement is a strategy that very rarely garners respect.
24 Apr 2026 20:03:32
"Celtic's priority will always be the safety of those attending Celtic Park, and following a detailed risk assessment with regards to the forthcoming match, the club has made a reasonable request of Rangers FC that tickets are not distributed to a section of supporters which very recently and identifiably engaged in serious violence and disorder involving Celtic supporters, staff, police and stewards."
Blind to their own supporters' actions, my gas is flabbered.
Seriously, what a pole of absolute utter. ?
24 Apr 2026 21:08:19
Absolutely apology of a football club they are reprobates. ? It's always someone else's fault with them.
24 Apr 2026 23:24:32
Sorry lads for this, yous will be surprised as I was probably the biggest defender of the UB aftet the last carry on and I stand by what I said.
Agree with Celtics decision and I think it's in Rangers and the UB's best interest that UB's aren't at that game.
We all know what they're going to do to the stadium. We all know that if we win we'll charge the park.
It's for the best that we don't give tickets to UB's let's be honest lads.
We can have others take their place and make the same noise and atmosphere.
I don't agree with giving us less tickets but I agree with not allowing UB's to attend.
24 Apr 2026 23:35:36
Fork you missed out a large number also stormed the security and broke in without tickets. Utter classless clowns.
24 Apr 2026 22:52:26
Rangers should agree that no tickets will go to Union Bears, but then insist that, in the interest of public safety, no Green Brigade get tickets either, as they were the instigators of the trouble at Ibrox last month.
24 Apr 2026 23:27:17
As usual, it will be the law abiding fan, like myself, and many thousands of others, that will lose out if this goes ahead. We had the opportunity that day to let the gb show themselves for who they are, but no, the ub had to act upon it. Bunch of sad little prix on both sides, looking to get one over each other, it's absolutely pathetic.
Both need banned forever, but no, it'll fall on the fans that can go to football, enjoy the rivalry, without acting like weapons. Been absolutely chomping at the bit for this game tbh, WA@#£%S.
25 Apr 2026 05:10:28
Mist of rage clouding my post OT. ??
25 Apr 2026 06:53:13
Absolutely spot on Fork ?. Terrific posts, and I agree with everything you said, my friend. ????
25 Apr 2026 07:18:12
Stevie, if the UB's don't get any tickets, what do you think will happen? That they will just all stay at home with a cup of tea and watch the game. Might just be me, but got a feeling if none get tickets, they may try and do what the manky mob did and push their way in anyway.
25 Apr 2026 08:17:27
Cheers, Coops. ?
