Can we please stop with the £8m for Chemiti being too much. How many on here actually have any clue about this lad? Going by stats alone is ridiculous when the boy has hardly kicked a ball in anger for Everton. Let's give the signing a chance before writing it off as a waste of money. How do we expect to attract the best young players if we are slaughtering them before they've even held the scarf up for goodness sake.

Igamane has scored one less goal for Lille than Chemiti has scored in his full career.
The price is a worry when we are paying for potential.
You don't buy Igamane for less than £2 million, sell for £10 million and then replace for £8 million.
That isn't a great business model in my eyes.

He has had a lot of injuries in the bare face of it then it's a ridiculous buy ridiculous price but the price ain't the boys fault. It reeks of desperation from the owners just my opinion. Will it stop me supporting the boy no and I hope he scores a barrow load.

Just think what Igamane cost us, how much he showed what he can do and what we sold him for. Igamane was unproven when he came to us. If this kid is cut from similar cloth then we could be looking at a great signing that will do a great job for us and make us a bunch of money.

EHL how does Purdy know what it takes to play for us? So far we can see the signings made don't have a clue what it takes to play for us. Recruitment has been awful so far. Fernandez 1 appearance, Aaron has been a disaster, where do I start.
