EHL is Ridvan injured again? Only player the manager didn't mention in the list not with the squad? He's been in none of the training videos. Where is he? No one seems to have an answer to this. He's the best LB at the club in my opinion.

Imo I don't rate either Yilmaz or Jefte so far. At least Jefte is avaliable. I'd like to see Yilmaz leave and another experience lb come in to fight with Jefte.

He was a Turkish international when we signed him, let's not pretend Jefte or Fraser are better than him EHL, borderline insanity. You say no comment then say that? Surely answering if he's injured or not is easier than criticising.

Jefte
Fraser
Aarons
Sterling
Yilmaz
Where did I criticise him?
Also, I'm free to share my opinion, but I can't share information on players that isn't in the public domain - hope that helps.

I agree with EHL, jefte has undoubtedly improving to do especially defensively but i think he currently is our best left back and i'd sell yilmaz for 2 main reasons ie. he wants away i believe and he's constantly injured, simple for me ?If we manage to sell yilmaz, i'd hope we can sign owen beck and i then believe that he'd be the best left back at rangers, with jefte pushing and fighting him for the left back position, just my opinion guys ?I wouldn't have minded signing james penrice from hearts, but unfortunately that option has gone now ?.

SWS I agree. I like Jefte but can see he still has to develop and that is what the coaching will hopefully do. as a fan base we seem to think that if we don't like a player the thing to do is replace and get rid. then we wonder why none of our players sell for multi millions. It is because we haven't developed them so they need to play and have the mistakes they make coached out of them. Perhaps now with Aarons as competition as well he can push on.

Pauly, I agree - the original intention was to keep Borna to help develop Jefte.
However circumstances changed and we withdrew the extension to Borna.

EHL that was my thinking regards to Jefte. He has played a lot of games for a young player, I know not every player is the same but with youngsters sometimes it's good to take them out the team when form drops/ rest etc. He deserves more time but not as an automatic starter for me.

Shakey EHL is allowed an opinion as well as providing info that he's able to give. Personally I like Yilmaz but far too injury hit like Sterling on the other side and both need to go when we can as offering nothing on the treatment table. No Borna hate EHL but unfortunately he practically gave up after SG left and just got progressively worse, should have been sold earlier. Agree tho that Jefte needed experience ahead of him.

Kaiser the season gerrard left he played 43 games including the run to the europa league final, the season after gerrard left borna turned over 12 assists and 2 goals playing 46 games. i don't think saying he gave up after gerrard left is true at all, he till played a lot of football in his last game but players get older or there just comes a time they need to move on.
Saying he gave up is wide of the mark imo.

Both Jefte and Yilmaz are not good enough. It just shows how much of a problem position the LB is when we are debating between Jefte and Yilmaz as to who the best LB is. This position should be a priority to strengthen.

Ehl that sounds like there was a very sensible progression plan in place for the LB role.
Are you implying that the original intention was for Yilmaz to move on and Borna to be kept?
