Gazza 8, 1st game V Dundee United where he held off opponent to set us Aasgaard. Yesterday's back heel of the post and we scored rebound. Think he's scored 2 pens, coming to think of it, I think 1 was a friendly.
He is the perfect guy to bring when you need a goal, but playing 1 up is the best way to go and he lacks the mobility to play that role, I think.

Another good piece of business if we can pull it off. Don't think the signings we have made have been all that bad so far, with hardly any of them getting a few games back to back before you can judge.
New Ch has looked good, same with Japanese boy, wee Serbian Cm as well, keepers have been decent, with a few goals conceded taking deflections en route.
Shankland will be better, but still 2 goals and 2 assists, having only played 1 90 minute game.
Penrice has looked bright so far.
Others, the jury is still out, with probably only McCrorie underwhelming.

Fifty, I don't think Shankland will start much, as I think we're now going to go with the formation we played yesterday, which doesn't suit Shankland at all. He's not mobile enough to play lone striker.

Fifty 6, I'm not writing anybody off but so far Shankland has been poor despite your attempts to include friendlies in his goals tally. His only competitive goal so far has been a penalty. McCrorie has been terrible, Godfrey has been injured, Neil underwhelming, and Devlin has been Devlin.
I suppose they are the 5 from the bargain bin, brought in as squad fillers, so we shouldn't expect any better, but none of them have impressed so far.

Depends what he's paid in, Peter. If it's lira, it will be a lot less. It's worth one-tenth of its value from about 9 years ago and is still tumbling. Since Cerny signed, it's lost 25 percent of its value.
So, if we take the 45k worth of lira, times it by 0.75, that gives you the equivalent today, which is 33k. Give it another year. It will be about 25k. So, if he's getting paid in lira, he will want to jump.

Living down south, I take in a good few lower league games. This Duberry is someone we should pay what Brighton want. He is an outstanding talent and will also go for big big money in the future. He is two footed and fast, and also has an eye for goal, hard working player. Please go get him, Rangers. 🙏🙏🙏
