Stevie G TBH pal, i don't think a centre half or striker is Danny Rohl's priority. His priority 3 signings this month is a left back, a no.6 and a no.10 ? Regarding the centre half and striker positions, i only think he'll strengthen in those positions in a one out, one in basis ?.

Do think people need to lower expectations on CB and ST positions if someone becomes available then I'm sure we will ask the question but as it stands we have 6 players who can Play CB and 3 at ST.
Regardless of what you think of them quality wise you can't complain that we have players like Matondo, Dowell, Rothwell and then also be asking for a CB and ST.

Love when people come here and state their opinions as 100% fact, unless you are Danny Rohl or Andrew Cavenagh then you won't know what our priority is so instead of stating it like fact, you might want to word something like " In my opinion our priority should be"
Cal B we also have plenty of players that can play in all other positions, what does that matter? A successful club should always be looking for better than what they currently have and will always be dependant on what players become available or might be better value for money etc etc.

We definitely need to shift players in this window as well as recruiting some in. As always with us we struggle to get these players out the door because they are on a good wage.
Even if we could release them it would be great but you're still having to pay them off total waste of money.

A striker isn't priority, i know Chermiti was getting plaudits the other day for hold up play but that is clutching at straws. A striker needs to be scoring goals or when he doesn't the rest of the team are banging them in from the work he's doing.
That isn't happening. We are having too long with no shots on target. Get a couple of new strikers in Chermiti and Danilo can go and asap.

Don't know how anybody can say that we don't need a striker because we have three. Yes we do but that doesn't mean they are good enough to do the job. They have 7 league goals between them this season and there are no signs that that will improve.
Danilo isn't even regarded as a main striker anymore,
We can debate strength and quality of our centre half options but we definitely need a striker as a priority and as soon as possible.
