I've heard from a reliable source Glen Kamara has been shopped to club by Rennes for 3M euros. Not sure if club's interested though.

Just don't understand why the commotion of bringing ex players back, they had their time, all left for a reason and should be left in the past. Yes some were better than we have now but that's not hard.
We need to move forward as a team and a fan base, the future is tomorrow not yesterday.

When people say they want players back I am genuinely curious to know.
Is this based on watching then recently or based on what they did here in the past.
My own rule of thumb is, if they are not wanted by their team or not playing. They are not good enough for us. I know it's a big generalisation but I am not one for going back to players we had.
There is a plethora of players out in this big world. It's just lazy going back in for old players.

Not for me, a great signing for us at the time and turned a good profit on him. I'll forever be thankful for his goal in Europa League SF.
However he is another player from an era where inconsistency reigned supreme, a player who could turn it on when it suited and have spells where he looked great and would then disappear for months.

I'm not on favour of bringing ex players back, we should be looking to go forward not back, but if we are going by what is being said we need from other signings mentioned. Glen Kamara is:
1. Better than what we've got.
2. Knows what it means to play for Rangers.
3. Knows what is needed in this league.
4. Knows how to win at Rangers.
Plus the added bonus that he is good enough to play in Europe if we make it next season. Put the band back together Get him, Kent and Aribo back and Alfie would only cost £5 million.

I would only take Alfredo and Kent on 6month deals why are people so against taking back ex players when they are good the player we have been linked with all improver our squad easily and would no cost much and we know they can Handel the league it's a yes for the following from me Kamara, Aribo, sima and Windass.

Glen Kamara was never really the same player for us after that altercation with the rat from Slavia Prague. he is still a very good player.

Why are some on here against previous players returning? Do people forget McGreggor and Davis, both of whom left and returned with successful second parts to their Rangers career? Kamara, depending on the wages, I would take back simply because today he would walk in to the team!

we know he was decent when he was last here, well until the Czech incident. However he has played 24 minutes in 2 games this season. Rennes play 5 across the middle so they don't consider him to be good enough to even get minutes as a sub for one of those 5 players.
so are we basing the 'he is good' on what he was like 3 years ago as they can't have seen him on a pitch this season anyway. If it was the same player and he fits into Rohl's plans then yes but I don't think he will be. Also it would be mid March before he got back to match fitness.

WSL i had the same mate, Strom just tramples his way through other posters posts then replies without actually reading and understanding the post, at least he could add some input to the thread, and we did get more than his usual 2 word posts. Correct Boab, Correct Davie, Correct Tommy, really imaginative guy is the strom.
Usually just scans the thread to see what the overall vibe is then posts along with the positive trend in the thread to seem like he has some informed input, then goes around with his wee pokie stick firing blanks so he can feel like a big man.
