Athole Mackenzie will be replacement for yilmaz, I think we will include buy back options on most player leaving academy.

Good information John, how do you rate frazer? I personally have hopes for him? Also do you think the club might be better selling below valuation for the players you mentioned? Taking into account the wages these guys are on, be a huge saving as we could end up stuck with them otherwise.

To jump into the question on Fraser I also think he’ll go into be a very good left back and may end up Scotland regular, obv we don’t know for sure.
I’d have offered him a 2 year deal with a year on loan at the club who want him. Maybe even 3 year deal with 2 year loan by which time we’d hope to have sold jefte and bring him back in.
As for the valuations I’d be asking £4m yilmaz.
£3.5m dessers and I wouldn’t sell hagi the now, not until summer and unless it’s day £4m right now. I rate him a lot higher than that but understand contract issues etc.

I think we sell Hagi and replace him with the lad Miller and we will make Patterson money at lowest in a couple seasons.
Happy with mackenzie replacing Yilmaz as he us a solid spl player and will add a bit of height to our team. Think Yilmaz is a better player but simply never fit for long enough.
Dessers I think has run his race. I like the lad and think some of his criticism has been harsh. Don't think he deserves a lot of it and for that reason I think he will be happy to leave.
As far as money in for the 3 I'd be looking for at least 8- 10m for the 3 that'd with add ons. 5 for Yilmaz, 3.5 for Hagi and 1.5 for Dessers would be good money for me.

Mills no he doesn’t but I don’t think that blue print applies to out of contract players necessarily? More so players we are actively outplaying transfer fees on? Can’t have a full squad of very young players either some experience is a must. (I’m not advocating for brownhills by the way - just speaking generally) .
Bellshill completely agree I know a few on here are adamant miller will not be with us but selling Hagi to fund/ partially fund miller would be great IMHO - I like Hagi but think miller has a much higher ceiling.

Think letting Fraser go is a mistake but suspect the lad wants more first team football. Jefte is far from the lb we need right now and looks better further forward whilst Yilmaz is the best of the lot but appears to want out and can’t stay fit. Another promising youngster going. Cameron and McKenzie look decent prospects however.
More than happy to see Hagi and Dessers out of the door. Could do with a few more joining them but don’t think we will attract any quality to replace them in this window.
Another CB and suspect that might be our business done. Just can’t see us doing much in January the way things are at the moment.

Will I know coaches, staff and fans at motherwell and from what I've seen and they have told me his potential is massive. I had a conversation recently and was told we will be priced out by end of the season. We could deal at between 4 &5m in January but won't afford him afterwards. We have tried to sign him a few times before including when we brought in Bailey Rice. I highly rate the lad and genuinely think he will have a fantastic career just hoping we are his next step.

I've seen Fraser a number of times since he was 15. He's never been capped for Scotland at any level and never looked like he would be. He won't develop into much more of a player than he is right now and he is approaching the age of 22. He'll be a decent journeyman for somebody.

potential fees.
Hagi 1-2 mill, well under value but his value ceashed during his injury and loan periods, a bargain for the buying team if they play him as a CAM and can get him back to his best form.
Dessers 3-4 mill, was our main source of goals until both Igmane and Danilo were back in 1st team, now he has competition seems unhappy and not scoring as much as he was earlier in season.
Yilmaz 3-4 mill, unfortunately gets injured too often to realise his full potential, a quality LB for sure, but has not worked out for him at Rangers and will be better to sell him now.
If we can get the higher end of he fees for each respective player that gives us in the region of 9- 10 mill and a fair chunk of wages to use on the 3 or 4 young raw talents we could bring in with the money.
we could buy 3 young up and coming talents with Koppens connections, surely he has list of exciting young players ideally a CB, CM, CF.
