He’s not ready for that yet. Truth be told he probably shouldn’t be a starter for us yet but with Cortez out injured and Dessers poor he has taken chance.
Thought he was great against Spurs and poor against Celtic but that’s to be expected for a young player from a foreign league.
Think if everyone is fit the front 3 in Cortez, Danilo and Cerny atm.

I agree RFC22? Unless a club offers us crazy money for igamane, i don't see him leaving this season and quite possibly even next season? After that and depending on how well igamane is doing god only knows how long he'll remain as a rangers player ?.

It wasn’t his best game against Celtic but done ok. You will get that with player that’s raw. The game never changed when dessers came on we were absolutely shattered by that point the game changed when we had a 4 on 1 and went to the right instead of the left that was the turning point.

Don't know how anyone can say cortes would be a nailed on starter when fit. Played about 4 games last season, went missing vs hearts 1st game this season and been injured pretty much ever since. Igamane is showing to be our main threat as a striker, and should remain in that position.

One thing we are good at as a fan base is writing players off give the boy a chance he’s been injured let’s just focus on building his fitness and see how
he progresses promising signs are there for all to see in his few cameos and his stint in his homeland and with his national team at youth levels.

Cortes has probably had as many minutes as Igamane.
Igamane is definitely on the right path, his decision making is very poor at times but this is something that will come with coaching and experience.
As a LW - ST - RW front 3. I think that will be Cortes ) if fit), Danilo and Cerny. Igamane is not a winger.

Why not Cortez and Igamane and Cerny up front then
Hagi or Bajrami at the 10.
Lots of creativity and pace.
Might not work against teams that park the bus though. So more than half the league lol
We need to be balanced when selling players as we cannot ask for too much and therefore not sell the player like we have not recently but also not take too little that its a steal because we are a scottish club.

Asathor he had a good few cameos in the several games he had last season with the 5-0 game against hearts being his best and also back at the club in his homeland he was one of there most exciting talents and he was also one of the best players at the U20 2023 South American championships he helped his country Colombia finish third being there top goal score so his talent is there he just needs to get over his injury and get a run in the team to fulfill his potential.

EHL, I really hope he comes good enough to become our LW 1st choice, but 9 apps in a year due to injury doesn't fill me with confidence.
My star, in the game vs hearts, after a pre season, he realised he couldn't beat their RB for pace, and seemed to lose interest. Not saying he won't be good enough, but jury is still very much out on him at this moment in time.

Boys. re Igamane - nothing like getting carried away about his market value? - he has scored some good goals but has been posted missing in some games too - let's big his price up when consistency is shown and please note I like the rest of us want top dollar for our players but he still has to prove himself for a fair period of time prior to the hype getting out of control- also we want him to progress to HELP us for period of time and then sell at the right time unlike our previous debacles in selling- imho.

Cortes is very highly rated and still very young. He will come good just needs a bit of luck on the injury front now to get going.

If we go with 2 wingers then the best 2 wingers at the club are Cortes and Cerny. Yes Hagi, Igamane and even Bajrami could play LW but Cortes is a natural LW.
In terms of ST. Danilo is a better all round centre forward than Igamane atm, just needs to build his fitness. Igamane will hopefully get even better though. And it’s good to have players pushing each other.

Let us hope the club has the sense to sell a player asset this time. Knowing Rangers they'll probably keep him until he walks for free. But we can still live in hope that lessons have been learned, the club and its future will come first, and the player trading model will actually work.

Jasongreigg, one thing we also do as a fan base is get carried away about a player, 10 minutes into playing for us. He hasn't played enough to judge one way or another and I agree that you can't say hea a starter the now. Not done enough, injury or not.
