4th competitive game of the season and it's already huge in terms of confidence, getting a first win etc.
The manager is already under pressure with 1D & 2L so far.
The under performing players are under pressure after some below par performances.
Time for all to roll their sleeves up.
And show they have fight and ability to get themselves out of their current predicament.
Football doesn't have to be a difficult game.
Fancy formations / roles for the players.
Every player should know their job and if required help / fire up those alongside them.
The captain and leaders in the team should be making sure themselves and their team mates are on it from the start.

We need to stop fully blaming managers all the time when we clearly all must see that recruitment team/scouting team who've been at the helm over the last few years are clearly not up to the job and clearly out of their depth, and until that's dealt with big time, it won't matter who our manager is because they're doomed to fail. 😡

Big issue tonight is we are even lighter on players than last Thursday. No Dio, Chermiti or Rommens. Could be a long night, but hopefully not.

So yes, he is partly to blame, so people need to stop making excuses. He needs time, but also is allowed to be held accountable too.

We need to stop blaming scouting team all the time when it's clear it's the players.
Listen, most of the SPFL teams would be more than happy to accept our players if we're offered on the transfer window and all of them seem to get a tune out of mediocre players and we don't.
Why is that? Is it the pressure of playing for Rangers too high for them, and if it is, then how do you get a player that we know can play in that pressure?

Coops McInnes is also to blame, as we have all heard how he came in, turned his nose up at several prospective signings, and we have been told he would have final say on those signings, you know, like McCrorie.
